My services
Individual Therapy
Specializing in empowering teen girls and women with navigating grief, anxiety, and life's stressors by fostering M.A.P (Mind, Body, Alignment Practices) combined with evidence-based therapies to foster healing on all levels- Mind, Body, and Spirit.
Therapy sessions foster healing and growth, encouraging clients to engage actively in their wellness journey and embrace their entire selves. Holistic mental health individual therapy sessions focus on the whole person, integrating mind, body, and spirit to foster overall well-being. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual, recognizing that mental health is influenced by various factors, including emotional, physical, social, and environmental aspects.
Children/Teen Therapy
(Ages 7-12)
Through play, children engage with materials that help them articulate feelings they might struggle to express verbally. Utilizing toys, art, and movement, children are guided in processing experiences, resolving conflicts, and developing coping skills. This method not only fosters emotional resilience but also encourages creativity and problem-solving.
Teen Therapy (13-17)
Holistic mental health therapy for teenagers thoughtfully considers their emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being as interconnected elements essential for overall health. This comprehensive approach acknowledges and celebrates each teen's unique individuality, while also addressing the various challenges they often encounter, such as academic pressure, social anxiety, and complex identity issues. By fostering a supportive and understanding environment, this therapy seeks to empower teenagers in navigating their personal journeys toward healing and self-discovery.
Group therapy
Each group meeting incorporates various holistic practices, such as mindfulness meditation, breathwork, body awareness techniques, and gentle movement exercises. Participants can share their experiences, challenges, and insights while learning to listen to their bodies and connect with their inner selves.
Our group is open to individuals seeking personal growth, healing, or simply a community of like-minded souls. We believe in the power of collective energy and support, fostering an atmosphere of trust and respect.

-
Holistic mental health therapy is an integrative approach to mental health care that considers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—rather than isolating symptoms or treating a specific diagnosis. This type of therapy recognizes that mental health is interconnected with physical health, emotional well-being, social relationships, and spiritual beliefs.
In holistic mental health therapy, practitioners may employ a variety of techniques that incorporate traditional psychotherapy methods alongside complementary practices. These can include mindfulness, meditation, yoga, nutrition, physical exercise, and creative arts therapies. The goal is to foster overall wellness by addressing underlying causes of distress and promoting balance in all aspects of life.
-
Sessions typically last 55 minutes and are usually scheduled on a weekly basis, although this can vary depending on your specific symptoms and personalized treatment plan.

We strive to provide high-quality care and respect each client's time. In order to ensure availability for all clients and to maintain the integrity of our scheduling process, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to someone else in need.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $90.
Medicaid Clients: Clients using Medicaid are subject to a strict attendance policy. Multiple missed appointments (i.e., late cancellations or no-shows) may result in termination of services.
